Connecting Histories Event on 15 November

The Library of Birmingham is pleased to present Connecting Histories – Voices Past and Present, Saturday 15th November (11:00am – 3:00pm).  The event is part of the Library’s Voices Season with a specific emphasis on Oral History, Oral History Projects and relevant collections and resources (with thanks to partners, including the Birmingham Museums Trust and the Heritage Lottery Fund).

This event will comprise of a series of presentations from a range of agencies and organisations; practitioners and professionals; community groups and projects.  Full programme here – it includes the following presentations:

  • “From Mirpur to Birmingham” Heritage Project (Our  Community CIC)
